5 acre site with +/- 21,000 sf of manufacturing and another +/- 2,200 sf of office area. The industrial plant is a pre-engineered metal building with kilns, motor control center, conveyors, hoppers, silos, cement weigh batcher, mixer, color blender system, aggregate bins, cement storage and stretch wrapper. A 546 sf control room handles the processing equipment and all of these components are then directed by computer technology to distribute their product by specific ratios into the final mixer system satisfying the end product requirements.
ACI’s first entry into the green environment was the Evergreen Recycling Center, a design-build steel building dedicated to processing recyclable waste generated by the CityCenter project on the Las Vegas strip. The recycling facility was mandatory for CityCenter’s LEED Certification and time was of the essence. This state-of-the-art facility was constructed on an accelerated 6 days per week, 10 hours per day schedule and was completed in 6 months.

Nevada Beverage continues to grow and needed to expand its operations. The renovation included a 43,000 sf additional warehouse space and 16,000 sf battery storage.
This 9,000 sf industrial metal building includes an office and warehouse. Nikkiso Cryo is a pump-testing facility and the building includes an overhead crane.
This industrial facility includes a 4,000 sf office space and a 5,717 sf warehouse.
ACI completed construction of this two-story, 21,000 sf concrete tilt up structure for GSL Electric in eight months. The building will serve as their corporate offices and training center.

This 100,000 sf metal building project involved three Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal buildings with large interior spans, whose exterior facades were faced with concrete aggregate, tilt-up wall panels.
Darling International is one of the country’s largest, independent recyclers of food by-products. This design-build project included a 14,150 sf metal building with a 3,000 sf masonry office annex.
G-P Gypsum is a state of the art manufacturing facility. This pre-engineered metal building is 61,000sf and produces white, high-purity gypsum.
This three-phase project required construction of an 18,000 square foot, two-story operations and maintenance building; a 3,000 sf laboratory expansion and addition of boat storage; and a 1,650 sf sludge dewatering building and roof expansion. All construction took place at the same time and required 40 subcontractors. Extensive plumbing, electrical and mechanical needs were challenges the ACI team tackled.
