As a result of the owner’s trust and confidence in ACI, we’ve completed over 30 Burger King restaurants.

A 5,500 sf tenant improvement in Town Square Las Vegas.

The ever-popular Draft House on Rancho, added a 3,550 sf brew house and silo to their existing bar and restaurant. Over this five month venture, the bar & restaurant remained open. ACI worked closely with the owner to facilitate daily operations and customer traffic. This brew house is the new home of Big Dog’s Brewing Co. Micro Brewery.

As of 2016, ACI has constructed three El Pollo Loco locations on existing retail sites. Full onsite development construction; consisting of new utilities, preparing building pad, foundation and vertical construction, installation of all EPL decor materials, black concrete D/T lane, landscape and foundations for onsite signs.

This 3,596 sf project located in Summerlin includes tile roofing, ledger stone facade and sand finish stucco walls with fabric awnings over the windows. It is surrounded by colorful landscaping and areas of stamped concrete sidewalks with outdoor seating. The unique interior finishes instill a European atmosphere, with its skip trawled walls with faux finish, stained concrete floors, interior trellis, stained wood trim and interior shutters.

ACI completed four Fazoli’s.

The first Carvel in Las Vegas, this 1,100 sf build out included a variety of finishes and colors to attain the signature Carvel look.

ACI completed three Carvel Ice Cream parlours.

This bar and restaurant consist of 5,800 sf and features unique structural designs such as cathedral ceilings, arched interior windows and etched glass panels. More importantly this Chicago themed sports bar/restaurant specializes in Chicago style cuisine.

ACI was responsible for converting three existing suites to accommodate a new bakery, kitchen and restaurant area, a total of 5,500 sf.
