This 9,600 sf medical office and surgery center, located in the Box Canyon Professional Park, includes reception area, offices, conference room and surgery facilities. An image from construction reveals the complexity of healthcare facilities.

This 15,998 sf build-out necessitated the addition of a new stairway in the center of the building to comply with all exiting requirements. The surgery center occupies approximately 10,000 sf of the second floor and includes two Class C Surgery Rooms and six Pre-Op and Post Anesthesia Care Unit spaces.

Dr. Glyman’s facility specializes in facial and reconstructive surgery. This 4,300 sf tenant improvement includes 3 procedure rooms with many high end finishes. Surgical lighting and medical gases were a part of the build-out.

This is a 20,000 sf, 28 bed behavioral health hospital expansion and kitchen remodel.

This 5,150 sf dental office includes reception area, conference room and examination rooms.

This 28,000 sf, two-story addition included a unique serpentine roof based on early sketches of the mouth. Construction included a state-of-the-art forensics dental lab, a dental museum, office and classrooms to house the dental hygiene and residency programs. Student and public areas are on the main level and lower level and classroom on the lower level, which included medical gases, extensive structural work and high-end finishes. This was a public works project for the University system, and was originally bid over budget. ACI worked with CSN, the architect and our subcontractors to achieve the desired budget. The project was finished on schedule.
