Desert Gymcats is a 18,220 sf building. This premiere facility features competitive trampoline and tumbling. They offer lessons for preschool, as well as girls and boys gymnastics. A full-sized competitive spring cheer floor welcomes the return of Desert Cheer Xtreme. Affordable Concepts is proud to be a part of the life skills development that will be taught to Las Vegas youth.

This image helps to showcase what’s possible with indoor farming. The completed facility is 40,000 sf and consists of both low and high voltage lighting which raises and lowers over the plants. CO2 is piped in while fans disperse the gas throughout the growing area. The first floor includes: offices, conference room, break room, high-end security system, server room, vault, quarantine, and specified areas for growing and processing. Additionally there are loading, delivery, garage and decontamination areas. The second floor contains sprouting and test rooms.

The 8,500 sf renovation was conducted while Odds On continued to conduct business. The complex, high-end facility required triple lids and walls as well as isolation slabs, doors and windows in order to create the correct acoustical environment.

This development included a 14.5 acre site for a public rest area and 14 recreational kiosk areas in Searchlight, Nevada. The buildings are constructed of CMU with extensive stone veneer.
